Natwan Logan
Chief Compliance Officer at Pleasant Behavioral Health Systems in Baltimore, Maryland. More than 15 years in behavioral health, from crisis counseling to compliance and program leadership.
About
I'm Natwan Logan, and I've spent my career in Maryland behavioral health. I started as a crisis counselor and case manager in Prince George's County, then moved into recruitment, outreach, program direction, and marketing before stepping into compliance.
Since 2017, I've served as Chief Compliance Officer at Pleasant Behavioral Health Systems. I lead program operations, accreditation, regulatory compliance, staff training, and community outreach, and I build the policies and monitoring systems that keep programs audit-ready.
Outside of work, I serve on the Trustee Board at Ward AME Church.
